Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
1.    The item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn, unused, and undamaged.
2.    The item must have all original tags attached and be in its original packaging.
3.    You must have your receipt or proof of purchase.
Hygiene & Personal Care Exception
Important: Due to the nature of our products—specifically High-Fidelity Earplugs and other personal care items—we adhere to strict hygiene standards for the safety of all our customers.
We cannot accept returns on opened or used hair styling tools. Once the safety seal is broken or the packaging has been opened, the item is considered a Final Sale and is non-returnable.
Exceptions to this policy are made only in the following circumstances:
⦁    The product was received in a damaged condition
⦁    The product is confirmed to be defective (mechanical or electrical failure)
⦁    You received an incorrect item
2. Damaged or Defective Items
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your electric straightening brush arrives damaged or stops working due to a manufacturing defect within 30 days of delivery, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund.
Required Evidence
To process a claim for a damaged or defective item, you must provide the following:
1.    Your Order Number
2.    Clear photographs of the damaged packaging and/or product (for physical damage)
3.    Video evidence demonstrating the defect (e.g., the device not powering on when plugged in, or not heating up properly)
Why do we require video evidence? Our manufacturing partners require video proof to validate internal electronic failures before authorizing a replacement. This helps us process your claim quickly and efficiently.

3. The Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at doclumiade@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting and receiving return authorization will not be accepted.
Restocking Fee
For any returns accepted outside of the "Defective/Damaged" criteria (e.g., unopened items returned due to a change of mind), a restocking fee of 15% will be deducted from your refund to cover inspection and reprocessing costs.
Return Shipping
For non-defective returns (change of mind on unopened items), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
5. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order for a full refund if the request is made before the order has been processed by our warehouse.
⦁    Orders are typically processed within 12–24 hours of placement.
⦁    Once a tracking number has been generated, the order is in transit and cannot be canceled. You must wait for the item to arrive and then follow the standard return process for unopened items.
6. Package Marked "Delivered" But Not Received
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout.
If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, you must:
⦁    File a claim directly with the shipping carrier
⦁    Provide us with a formal Non-Delivery Certification from the carrier, or a police report if theft is suspected
Without this official documentation, we cannot process a replacement or refund, as we are required to submit this evidence to our shipping insurance providers.
7. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification, provided the item remains sealed and unopened.
As per EU regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
