1. General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund using your original payment method.
2. Delivery Locations
We offer worldwide shipping. However, for certain remote areas or countries with restricted logistics infrastructure, we may be unable to deliver. If we cannot ship to your location, we will inform you immediately and cancel your order with a full refund.
3. Delivery Timeframes
An estimated delivery time will be provided when your order is placed. Please note that delivery times are estimates only and commence from the date of shipping, not the date of order. Delivery times are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Processing Time
Please allow 1 to 3 business days for your order to be processed, packed, and handed to the carrier. This timeframe is in addition to the shipping transit time shown below.

Important Notice: Electronic Products
Please Note: Our Electric Hair Straightening Brushes contain lithium-ion battery components and specialized electronics. Due to strict aviation safety regulations (IATA/DOT) regarding the transport of batteries, shipping times may occasionally be extended for mandatory safety checks by carriers and customs authorities. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 5 business days for the tracking information to populate in the carrier's system.
Note: It is normal for a package to show "Pending" or "In Transit to Carrier" while it travels from the distribution center to the first carrier scan point.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery location. To see shipping charges for your order, add items to your cart and proceed to the checkout page where all applicable fees will be displayed before payment.
6. Damaged Items in Transport
If your package arrives with visible damage to the outer packaging, please contact us immediately at [Your Contact Email]. Document the damage with clear photographs of both the packaging and the product before opening, if possible.
7. Lost Packages
We define a package as "lost" only if it has not been delivered within the following timeframes from the date of shipment:
United States: 45 days
International Orders: 60 days
If your tracking has not updated for an extended period, please contact us so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
Package Marked "Delivered" But Not Received
Important: We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout.
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received the package:
Check with neighbors and household members
Look in safe places around your property where the carrier may have left the package
Contact the carrier directly to verify delivery details
File a claim with the carrier and obtain a formal Non-Delivery Certification
To process a replacement or refund for a package marked as delivered, you must provide us with official documentation from the carrier (Non-Delivery Certification) or a police report if theft is suspected. Without this documentation, we cannot process claims against carrier tracking data.
8. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
All orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that import duties, taxes, VAT, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
These charges are the buyer's responsibility. We recommend checking with your country's customs office to determine if additional fees will apply to your order.
Refused Shipments: If you refuse a shipment due to unexpected import fees, the cost of original shipping, any customs/duty/brokerage fees incurred, and the cost of returning the package will be deducted from any refund issued.
9. Voltage and Plug Compatibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that electrical appliances are compatible with their local voltage standards and outlet types (e.g., 110V vs. 220V, US/UK/EU/AU plug types). Returns due to voltage or plug incompatibility are subject to our standard return policy and restocking fees.
